black screen using SP1
When I turn on the computer, the first thing I get is NO screen (monitor power light is yellow, like no signal is being received) but a long beep; then I hear the ticking (of RAM or hard drive? not sure) and another long beep (still no screen). I then turn it off. I tried a different video card.

As soon as i install the detonator drivers (40.72 came w/ card) in XP and up the resolution the screen goes blank and system hangs, does not go back to previous setting after 15 seconds like supposed to.
